"Felicity" Dry Glitter Blend

This is the dry glitter blend that we use to make our "Felicity" glitter creme. You can use this to create your own glitter creme blends by mixing with our Glitter Creme Base or your preferred oil/wax based product. (Not suitable for water-based or aloe gel blends)
